Over time, people have asked various questions pertaining to CCM and the services we company provide. Here are some of the more frequently asked questions, and their respective answers. There are two ways to requiest maintenance service.
Online, click on the "Services" button on the left side of the screen,
then fill out the form and click submit. We will get back to you
as soon as possible.
By phone, dial the CCM Office number (303-447-1336), and speak with an
account manager. If it is after hours and is not an emergency, we
recommend using the online method. Otherwise, if it is an emergency,
call our toll-free emergency phone number (1-888-892-7814).
If your HOA is being newly serviced by CCM, please allow us a few days to update the website. Otherwise, please email us and inform us of this problem.
Each HOA now has its own website. Please contact CCM to find out your particular HOA's website address.
Each HOA has different documentation, but generally, you can find information regarding
your bylaws, rules and regulations, the HOA's meeting minutes, and financial reports. If you do not see a
document you're looking for, please email us
and submit a request for the document.
We constantly update the website with new documents, so if you don't see it today,
you might see it tomorrow.
Select your HOA from the drop-down menu at the top of the screen labeled "Choose HOA".
( If your HOA is not on the list, click here to find your HOA ). Next, click
on the second drop-down menu ( labeled "HOA Pages" ), and select "Documents". Your screen should now change
with links to your HOA's available documentation being displayed.
If your screen did not change, press the "Go" button.

with links to your HOA's available meeting minutes being displayed.
If your screen did not change, press the "Go" button.
We try to update the website within a week after your HOA's meeting. If you do not
see it after that, try right clicking on the minutes web page and choosing "refresh" from
the popup menu. If the minutes document you are looking for still doesn't show up,
please email us.
From the "Choose HOA" drop down menu at the top of the website, choose your HOA, then select "Financials" from
the "HOA Page" drop down menu. ( If your HOA is not on the list, click here to find your HOA ).
If your screen did not change, press the "Go" button.
This will display links to all available financial information for your HOA.
